Can you give me a quote for tree removal/ pruning over the phone?
Every job is different and there are dozens of factors, which can affect the time in which a job will take to complete, and therefore the price. In order to provide you with an accurate fixed quote and expert advice, we need to assess the work in person.
Do you have insurance incase my property gets damaged?
Yes. Although proudly claim free, we have a $20 million public liability policy, and a $5 million professional indemnity insurance policy. Cover letters can be provided upon request.
Do I need to notify the council before you start removing/ pruning my trees/s?
No. During the initial site inspection, our qualified arborists will know if council approval is required before commencing work. Council regulations can be confusing, so we take care of the whole process, and can provide councils with regulated/ significant tree reports if necessary.
How do you charge for your services?
All invoices are provided upon completion of work. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or EFT (Electronic Bank Transfer).
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in all aspects of tree work.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right company for the job?
All employees are qualified passionate arborists. Some of these qualifications include: Diploma of Arboriculture (level 5), Registered QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessors), Members of the International Society of Arboriculture (Australian Chapter), Senior First Aid & CPR and over 20 years combined local experience.
Why should I hire you over another tree company?
We are qualified award winning arborists, not just handymen armed with chainsaws and ladders. We are passionate about the services we provide and always stay on the job until it’s done to your satisfaction. Check out our testimonials to see what our customers have to say!
